What time should we arrive?
We ask that our guests arrive around 1.30pm to give plenty of time to settle in for the ceremony before it starts at 2pm.
What time will it finish?
We have decided to sort a late license for the venue meaning last orders are at 1am and the venue closes at 2am. We completely understand that not everyone will want to stay till this time, however if people want to keep the party going, please enjoy! The band will finish at 11pm and then we take over the playlist!
Do we have to pre-book taxi's?
As Hereford is a city and the venue is very central, we are lucky that there will be plenty of taxi's available, no need to pre-book. If instead you fancy staying somewhere walkable, please check out our accommodation page for ideas!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limitations of the venue and that we only want our nearest and dearest, we kindly ask that only those with official invites attend.
Can I bring the kids?
We will have kids present, although we are restricting this to close friends and family only.
Is there a dress code?
No dresscode! We want you to be as comfortable and confident as possible, sparkles are a bonus. Be mindful that our bridal parties will be in bright pink and orange.
Should we bring wedding gifts?
Your prescence is a wonderful present for us, but if you would like to contribute we would love any donations towards our honeymoon.
Is the venue dog friendly?
It is, but Moonee has asked that no other dogs take his spotlight away from him!
Is there parking at the venue?
Shack Revolution have a few spaces that are reserved for vendors. There are loads of local carparks and street parking available nearby.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and party will alll be indoors, however there is a lovely outdoor area to get some fresh air or sit by the log burners with a blanket
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We encourage photos throughout the day, but we have a wonderful photographer to take pictures during the ceremony. Please ensure camera phones are out of sight during this time so we can get the best photos possible.
What is the deadline for RSVPing?
We would like our day guests to RSVP by the 30th September 2025. Evening guests have until the 31st January 2026.
